Kart racing

I used to race karts when I lived in the northwest.  As I am looking at moving in the next 6 months. And not working so much ( as I do now )

I am thinking about getting back into racing karts , I have been looking around .....think I need another hobby.  I kinda miss going fast at 2 inches off the ground...

I would love to race USAC midgets,  but that cost is pretty high ....

There were a few kids in the neighborhood that raced shifter karts, I always jonsed for one of those. I would think you could pick one up pretty cheap that’s behind the current technology. The biggest problem would be a track to run at.

Do they have a kart circuit at the speedway just outside Havi?  I’ll get one and go kick your ass.

Put your money where your mouth is big guy.   I was looking at racing in Glendale as I might move to flagstaff

I've been wanting to race for a while.  I almost bought a McKEE can-am car before I got married, then built my GR-40 for track days and that got sold when kids came along.  Karts seem like a nice, inexpensive way to have fun and go fast.

All money is in the pontoon fund.  I'm definitely up for it when/if we finally move out of this state.

I looked on Ebay and racing junk ...you can go to the local kart shops and tracks to find stuff for sale.

Only problem is if you buy to old  , you wouldn't have a chance in a race. And I am not about losing

No chance in a race or the rules change and certain karts get outlawed. I would bet anyone with a circuit would have open track days.
